April, 2007 - Mary Beth and I have been playing at the First Friday Nights in Salinas, we did the First Night Monterey New Years Eve, and are doing some recording for our next CD. Two of our songs (The Huns and What's Your Life Song) are on the American Idol Underground Folk charts and we submitted four songs to the American Idol songwriters competition. You can go to the site, sign in, and rate the songs in many categories.
June 2, 2006 & August 4, 2006 - "The Old Mayor's House" First Friday Nights - art and music walk in Old Town Salinas.
I got an email from American Idol Underground that my song "Young Summer Nights" was #12 on the internet "Folk" charts there. Pretty fun.
I have 3,208 hits on my www.cdbaby.com site as of 5/25/06 and more hits per month than ever before. This is amazing. Somebody must be playing the music somewhere.
New Year's Eve 2005 - Monterey's First Night Monterey. We played at the Maritime Museum Historic Theater. Great audience that night.
We offered a special First Night Monterey Commemorative CD of our songs from that evening's performances.
